I have finally released reDesign, that uses no tables except forumlist or anywhere else it's actually wanted.You can download reDesign 9.2.1.4 from this site or dragonflycms.org.

If you want to change the side of any blockside change in /templates/header.html the right_side class to left_side.
If you want to change the side of userinfo in forumtopics search style/style.css for the comments that explain how to do that.
